Meeting and Conference Guidelines
In order to be eligible for BVARI support, a meeting must have a documented research, education, or business purpose in support of BVARI activities. The Meeting and Conference Guidelines include BVARI policies and procedures for meeting expenditures not included in travel reimbursements. The following forms may be required:
A fully executed Education Event Request Form is required prior to providing any educational activity such as conferences, workshops, honoraria/awards, and speaker/seminar series. More information can be found on the Educational Events page.
An Expenditure Request Form is required for all reimbursement requests associated with meals provided at a research-related meeting. GSA per diem rates apply.
