The Boston VA Research Institute, Inc. (BVARI) is a VA-affiliated Non-Profit Research Corporation (NPC) established in 1990 to support biomedical research and education within the VA Boston Healthcare System. For over 25 years, BVARI has provided additional opportunities for medical innovation to VA researchers and their patients.
BVARI has specific expertise in securing and managing projects from federal agencies (e.g., NIH, DoD, CDC), pharmaceutical and device companies, foundations, and donors to increase and enhance VA research and educational programs.
